Vegan Keto Bread

Here's a vegan version of our Ketonia Bread! It's nice and easy, just switch a couple of ingredients from our original bread recipe and you have guilt free vegan bread!

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl Of Kitchen Aide. Using the paddle, mix all ingredients on low speed till moistened.
  2. Yuen speed to medium and knead for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Remove from bowl. Knead for a moment or two.
  4. Form into a ball and let rise for an hour or so or till doubled in size.
  5. After rising, flatten dough and press into a rectangle using your hands or a rolling pin.
  6. Roll dough, jelly roll style into a loaf .
  7. Spray Bread pan with olive oil spray and place dough in pan, seam side down.
  8. Let rise for 1 hour or till dough rises just to top of pan.
  9. Preheat oven to 400*.
  10. Score dough down the center with a sharp knife or razor blade.
  11. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or so. Interior temp should be at least 200*
  12. Let cool completely on a rack before slicing.
