Combine all ingredients in bowl Of Kitchen Aide. Using the paddle, mix all ingredients on low speed till moistened.
Yuen speed to medium and knead for 4-5 minutes.
Remove from bowl. Knead for a moment or two.
Form into a ball and let rise for an hour or so or till doubled in size.
After rising, flatten dough and press into a rectangle using your hands or a rolling pin.
Roll dough, jelly roll style into a loaf .
Spray Bread pan with olive oil spray and place dough in pan, seam side down.
Let rise for 1 hour or till dough rises just to top of pan.
Preheat oven to 400*.
Score dough down the center with a sharp knife or razor blade.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes or so. Interior temp should be at least 200*
Let cool completely on a rack before slicing.
