Prepare ingredients.
Preheat oven to 375*F
In a largepan, brown lamb till no pink remains. Remove lamb from pan and reserve on aplate. Using fat from lamb, saute vegetables (small carrotsandcelery) till soft. Return lamb to pan. Add oil andKetonia bread mix(this will thicken the gravy). Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add hot water andBetter than Bouillonand stir till it thickens. Add red wine andWorcestershireand simmer for 5 minutes. Pour into adeep-dish pie plate.
MicrowaveKabocha squashfor 6 minutes. Mash with apotato masher. Stir insour cream,butterand ¾ cupcheddar cheese. Spoon squash on top of the meat mixture and smooth it over, covering the meat. Sprinkle ¼ cup remaining cheese on top.
Bake 45 minutes in 375* oven till golden brown. Enjoy!!!
