In a medium skillet start to brown beef. When it starts to brown and release liquid, tossing the onion and garlic, and taco seasoning. If the meat has rendered a lot of fat,drain. Stir in sauces once meat is browned and cook for a minute or two. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375*
Slice halfway into each tortilla. Shape into a cone and place in cupcake tin.
Spoon 1 tbs of cheese into bottom of tortilla cup. Spoon in beef mixture and top with another tablespoon of cheese.
Place in oven for 8-10 minutes, till tortillas are crisp and cheese is melted.
Top tostadas with diced avocado, sour cream, olives and extra sauce if desired.
