Method
- Pre heat oven to 325* . Butter a half sheet pan (18X13) generously.
- Melt butter in microwave. Meanwhile combine Swerve, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt in a bowl. Add butter and whisk till smooth.
- Add eggs, one at a time and stir until smooth and shiny.
- Stir in almond flour. Beat for at least one minute.
- Spread batter in pan. Smooth out to pan edges. Sprinkle lily's over top of batter.
- Bake to 13 to 15 minutes or until firm. Do not overbake.
- Cool and cut.
