Keto Sheet Pan Brownie Thins

These are a great snack to keep in the freezer for when you need a lil' somethin' somethin' Nice and chocolatey! And thin so you don't feel guilty even if you eat a couple. Actually, there's no reason to feel guilty about these babies at all!

  1. Pre heat oven to 325* . Butter a half sheet pan (18X13) generously.
  2. Melt butter in microwave. Meanwhile combine Swerve, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt in a bowl. Add butter and whisk till smooth.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time and stir until smooth and shiny.
  4. Stir in almond flour. Beat for at least one minute.
  5. Spread batter in pan. Smooth out to pan edges. Sprinkle lily's over top of batter.
  6. Bake to 13 to 15 minutes or until firm. Do not overbake.
  7. Cool and cut.
