This is easy peasy if you've make our bread before! The only difference between this loaf and sour sandwich bread is the addition of seeds!
Add all ingredients to bowl of Kitchen aid.
Using paddle mix on medium low for about 4 minutes.
Spray counter work space with cooking spray and scrape dough onto counter. Give a light kneading and shape into a ball. Cover with plastic.
Let rise for roughly an hour. You want the dough to double in size. Depending on how warm your kitchen is, this might take a little less time or a little more.
Once risen, place dough on counter and roll out into a rectangle approximately 18 inches by 12.
Preheat oven to 400*
Roll into an 18 inch long loaf, seam on the bottom. Place on a sheet pan and cover with plastic. let rise 45 minutes till doubled in size.
Bake loaf for 30 to 35 minutes or till internal temperature of 200*
Let cool completely.
Slice and enjoy!
