Method
- In cocktail shaker, place Bocha Sweet, 3 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters and 2 dashes of Angastora Bitter. Muddle or stir.
- Add Sazerac and cognac. Stir till sweeter is dissolved. Add ice and stir to chill.
- Add ice to rocks glass. Add Absinthe and stir. Pour out absinthe and retain ice. This is just to add the slightest taste of anise to the cocktail.
- Pour cocktail over ice. Garnish with lemon peel.
