Method
- Combine butter, Swerve and Allulose in a large microwave safe bowl . Heat on hight till melted, about 1 minute. Stir till combined.
- Whisk Baking Mix, cocoa and salt in a small bowl.
- Add whisked dry ingredients to butter mixture and stir till combined with a spatula.
- Add eggs to mixture and stir till thoroughly combined. Stir in Lilly's chips.
- Transfer to a sealable container and refrigerate.
- To serve, scoop batter into microwave bowl or glass and microwave on high for 30 to 50 seconds. I like mine still gooey and not quite cooked through. If you are concerned about undercooked eggs, the internal temp should be 160*. Or you can use pasteurized eggs.
- Top with Keto Ice cream or Keto whipped cream. (or both!) Yum!
