Method
- Cream together butter, cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice and extracts with Swerve.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Gradually beat mix, baking powder and salt till combined.
- Chill dough for ½ and hour.
- Scoop dough into table spoon sized balls. Place on parchment lined sheet pan and bake till barely browned, 13 minutes or so.
- Sift with powdered Swerve immediately after baking.
- Cool and enjoy!
