Method
- Grate onion on box cutter into medium bowl. Grate garlic with microplane. Add to bowl together with spices and lamb.
- Using your hands or a wooden spoon, mix together till full combined.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Preheat grill pan to medium high. Spray with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Fry burgers till 150* internally, 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve with Tzatziki sauce, Keto Flatbread and bread cheese skewers if desired!
