Keto Green Goddess Dressing

Green Goddess dressing is an absolute revelation when made fresh! Creamy, herby and garlic-y with a touch of umami from the anchovies. I beg you, Don't leave them out! They will melt into the creamy dressing and add their seductive saltiness and I'm telling you don't leave them out!!! You won't get a chunk of anchovy I promise!

  1. In the jar of a bullet (Or a blender or food processor) add may, sour cream, crushed garlic and anchovies. Do it. Don't be a baby!
  2. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Remove any woody stems from your herbs. Soft fresh stems are fine. You really can use any combination of herbs that you like! My tarragon looked a little the worse for rare (Who knew tarragon had a season?), but I generally add some of that too! Whatever's fresh!
  4. Add herbs to jar and Pulse till combined and everything is a bright homogenous green! Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
  5. Use as a salad dressing or a dip or a marinade for chicken! My husband has a big hydroponic garden with all kinds of lettuce and its delightful dressed with this! It's soo good!
