- Pre heat deep fryer to 350*
- Using either a manual spiralizer or the spiralizer attachment for you Kitchen Aid, shred zucchini into noodles.
- Combine baking mix, parmesan, garlic and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk thoroughly.
- Sprinkle over zucchini , tossing with your fingers till all noodles are covered with mixture.
- Zucchini is mostly water. 94% in fact! So be careful bring them. The will bubble up and the fat can overflow causing not only burns, but a heinous mess.
- Add zucchini to hot fat in SMALL handfuls. It takes a little longer but safety first!!
- Once the noodles are golden brown (about 3 minutes) remove them from the fat and drain on a paper towel.
- Sprinkle with a bit more parmesan and have at it!
