Everyone knows how to make regular mozzarella sticks, but let’s be honest – they’re not always the most delicious thing in the world! Today we’re making keto fried mozzarella that is crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside. Yes, you've read it right! It's keto! Enjoy!

  1. Preheat your frying oil to 375*. In a mediumbowlcombine panko, parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and oregano if desired. Mix well. In a separate bowl add Ketonia mix. In another small bowl combine eggs and water, whisk well.
  2. Separate your mozzarella slices. Place mozzarella slice in ketonia mix first, then the egg mixture, and lastly the panko mix. Repeat for all 18 slices.
  3. Place breaded mozzarella into the hot oil and cook for about 1 minute or until crispy. Remove from oil and let cool slightly on a paper towel. Serve by itself or with a side of Rao's marinara.
