Method
- Preheat your frying oil to 375*. In a mediumbowlcombine panko, parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and oregano if desired. Mix well. In a separate bowl add Ketonia mix. In another small bowl combine eggs and water, whisk well.
- Separate your mozzarella slices. Place mozzarella slice in ketonia mix first, then the egg mixture, and lastly the panko mix. Repeat for all 18 slices.
- Place breaded mozzarella into the hot oil and cook for about 1 minute or until crispy. Remove from oil and let cool slightly on a paper towel. Serve by itself or with a side of Rao's marinara.
