Method
- Preheat oven to 400*
- Slice bread into strips. 5 - 6 slices.
- If you don't have English muffin rings, you can use aluminium foil shaped into rings or even 4 inch ramekins.
- Whisk Swerve and cinnamon together.
- Whisk cream, egg and Swerve in a small bowl. Soak bread in cream mixture for a few seconds.
- Arrange soaked bread in pinwheel shape in rings or ramekins. Sprinkle with Swerve mixture.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes, till golden brown.
- Gently warm caramel sauce.
- Once the buns are out of the oven, place nuts on bun and pour warm caramel over the top. There will be leftover caramel. Refridgerate and save for ice cream!!!
