- In a large skillet over high heat, brown the pork until it is fully cooked. Strain the meat if it is very fatty. Add in your minced garlic and saute for about 30 seconds. Add in your coleslaw, soy sauce, and ginger. Saute until the coleslaw is at your desired tenderness. Lower the heat and make a well in the center of the skillet and add the egg. Scramble the egg until done and mix in with the coleslaw. Stir in sraracha sauce if desired.
- Divide into 4 bowls. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle on chopped green onions. Add more soy sauce and sriracha to taste is desired.
