Method
- Combine Ketonia mix and cheese in bowl of kitchen Aid. Using paddle attachment, gently mix dry ingredients.
- On medium low speed, pour in cream. Continue mixing till a dough is forming a ball and all mix is incorporated.
- Place dough on plastic wrap. Shape into a log. Cut log into 6 biscuits.
- Before freezing, place a small piece of parchment in-between each biscuit. And double wrap log in plastic. The parchment makes separating the biscuits easier for single use.
- To bake: Pre heat oven to 400*. Separate as many biscuits as you need. Place on Parchment and bake frozen for 30 minutes.
