Keto Easy Freezer Biscuits

Poppin' Fresh Dough is fast but it sure isn't Keto!! So how about freezing our delicioso Ketonia biscuits to have on hand when you only need 1? or lets be honest 2! Cuz they always taste like one more! Pair them with a sausage patty and a slice of American cheese and there's breakfast! Yum!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag Ketonia Baking Mix
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Method
 

  1. Combine Ketonia mix and cheese in bowl of kitchen Aid. Using paddle attachment, gently mix dry ingredients.
  2. On medium low speed, pour in cream. Continue mixing till a dough is forming a ball and all mix is incorporated.
  3. Place dough on plastic wrap. Shape into a log. Cut log into 6 biscuits.
  4. Before freezing, place a small piece of parchment in-between each biscuit. And double wrap log in plastic. The parchment makes separating the biscuits easier for single use.
  5. To bake: Pre heat oven to 400*. Separate as many biscuits as you need. Place on Parchment and bake frozen for 30 minutes.
