Method
- If using an oven, preheat to 200*
- Bring pot of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add cranberries. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Drain water from cranberries and transfer to a large bowl.
- Add oil and sweeteners to the cranberries. Using a spatula, fold ingredients together gently.
- If using an oven, spread cranberries on parchment lined sheet pan.
- Dry in oven for 3-4 hours till shriveled and dry. If not completely dry after 4 hours, turn off oven and leave overnight.
- If using a dehydrator, gently spread cranberries out on screens and follow machine instructions for fruit. Mine said to dehydrate on 135* for 10-12 hours.
