Keto Dried Cranberries

I keep a sealed bag of these babies in my Pantry at all times!They're great for cookies, scones and all holiday baking! Sweet-tart and chewy! They are going in my next trail mix!! Yum!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Water
  • 12 oz Cranberries (fresh or frozen and thawed)
  • ¼ cup Swerve
  • ¼ cup Allulose
  • 1 tbs oil (neutral)

Method
 

  1. If using an oven, preheat to 200*
  2. Bring pot of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add cranberries. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain water from cranberries and transfer to a large bowl.
  4. Add oil and sweeteners to the cranberries. Using a spatula, fold ingredients together gently.
  5. If using an oven, spread cranberries on parchment lined sheet pan.
  6. Dry in oven for 3-4 hours till shriveled and dry. If not completely dry after 4 hours, turn off oven and leave overnight.
  7. If using a dehydrator, gently spread cranberries out on screens and follow machine instructions for fruit. Mine said to dehydrate on 135* for 10-12 hours.
