Method
- Preheat oven to 400*
- Cut the crusts from 4 slices of Ketonia Bread, keeping the crust intact, in 1 long strip.
- Roll crusts like a pinwheel and secure with skewer.
- Generously brush both side with melted butter.
- Bake for 13 tp 15 minutes turning them over once halfway through.
- In a small bowl whisk Swerve and cinnamon together.
- Meanwhile, gently microwave a small bowl with chocolate and coconut oil till melted.
- As soon as you churros come to of the oven Sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar mixture on all sides.
- Dunk in melted chocolate. Enjoy!
