Keto Churro Lollipops

These crunchy sweet little bites are a perfect snack. Or breakfast! (Dunked in hot chocolate or coffee? Yes Please!) I actually make these in my toaster of so I don't even have to turn on my oven! Whenever you have them, they are buttery, sweeten and just perfect! Easy Peasy too!

  1. Preheat oven to 400*
  2. Cut the crusts from 4 slices of Ketonia Bread, keeping the crust intact, in 1 long strip.
  3. Roll crusts like a pinwheel and secure with skewer.
  4. Generously brush both side with melted butter.
  5. Bake for 13 tp 15 minutes turning them over once halfway through.
  6. In a small bowl whisk Swerve and cinnamon together.
  7. Meanwhile, gently microwave a small bowl with chocolate and coconut oil till melted.
  8. As soon as you churros come to of the oven Sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar mixture on all sides.
  9. Dunk in melted chocolate. Enjoy!
