Method
- Peel avocado and remove the seed. Cut into small cubes.
- Add avocado, allulose, Vanilla, almond milk and cocoa powder to bullet blender jar. Secure top and blend until smooth, scrape sides as necessary.
- Pipe or spoon into small dessert cups. Chill an hour or so.
- Top with keto whipped cream and berries if desired.
