Method
- Place beef in large bowl. Sprinkle with 1 tsp Goya Adobo. Mix with hands to combine .
- Place beef in 1 gallon zip bag. Press ground meat flat with hands or rolling pin till evenly flattened in baggie. Chill 15 minutes.
- Cut cheese into 8 equal cubes.
- Gently cut baggie and slice meat into 8 pieces.
- place 1 cube of cheese on each meat portion. Roll into meatball and place on rack.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
