Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Ketonia Keto Bread Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Everything bagel seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together in microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Mix in eggs, Ketonia Bread Mix, and baking powder until a dough forms.
  4. Divide into 4 portions. Shape into bagels and place on baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  6. Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Slice and serve with desired toppings.
