  1. Preheat oven 400*
  2. In large frying pan over med high heat, fry bacon till crisp. Drain fat.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in bowl of Kitchen Aid.
  4. Stir in Bacon and Cheese.
  5. Add Cream and oil.
  6. Mix with paddle till just combined
  7. Line 12 muffin tins with paper liners and spray lightly with vegetable spray.
  8. Spoon in batter.
