Method
- Preheat oven to 450*Line sheet pan with parchment. Place rack over sheet pan.
- Slice off tops of jalapeños. Discard seeds and pithy ribs.
- Combine softened cream cheese, cheddar and garlic salt. Spoon into pastry bag or zip top bag. Cut hole in bag.
- Fill each jalapeño with cheese mixture by squeezing bag.
- Using about 2.5 oz of sausage, mold around jalapeños till fully covered and place on baking rack.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes till golden brown and DELICIOUS! Let cool a few minutes and go for it!!
