Instructions
Combine all ingredients and Knead bread according to directions on the package. Let dough rest , covered, for 60 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400
Roll dough into a Boule (ball) shape and let rise for 60 minutes.

Bake bread for 30 minutes till GBAD
Let cool. In the center of the bread trace shape of brie and cut hole to place brie in. Top brie with jelly and thyme leaves.
Preheat oven to 375*
Slice the bread cutting a grid into the top of the loaf being careful not to cut all the way through to the bottom. You want cubes an inch or so tall. Combine the butter, garlic and pepper and drizzle it in the crevices of cut bread. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 25 to 3 minutes. Pull the bread cube and dunk into melty-gooey Brie!!!
