Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Combine squash and cauliflower in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Combine cream and bouillon in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil gently for a minute or so to thicken. Remove from heat. Add cheese, pepper, and nutmeg, stirring until cheese melts. Pour Cheese sauce over vegetables in casserole dish.
Combine Pork Panko, parmesan butter and garlic in a small bowl. Microwave to melt butter. (30 seconds to a minute) Sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden and the veggies are soft.
