Instructions
Combine all ingredients except egg wash and seeds. Knead thoroughly, cover, and let rest for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine butter, garlic, herbs, and salt in a small saucepan. On low heat melt butter and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
Preheat oven to 400*
After resting, divide the dough into 8 equal size rolls. Roll into “snake” shapes and tie them into a knot. Cover with a clean towel. Let rise for 30 minutes.
Right before you pop these in the oven, brush the butter garlic mixture on the knots. Only use half the mixture as you will re-apply when they come out of the oven.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, till GBAD. brush again with butter mixture. Sprinkle with cheese
Notes
I usually make the bread in my food processor, but it can be done by hand or in a stand mixer!We will be leaving out the eggs and the butter from the recipe on the package.
