Ketonia's Keto Garlic Knots
Geri TerryIngredients
- 1 bag Ketonia Baking Mix (Click for Free Recipe)
- 1 tbs yeast
- 1 tsp honey
- 1.25 cups water
- 2 tbs olive oil
Topping:
- 1 stick butter melted
- 3-6 cloves garlic grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except egg wash and seeds. Knead thoroughly, cover, and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine butter, garlic, herbs, and salt in a small saucepan. On low heat melt butter and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
- Preheat oven to 400*
- After resting, divide the dough into 8 equal size rolls. Roll into “snake” shapes and tie them into a knot. Cover with a clean towel. Let rise for 30 minutes.
- Right before you pop these in the oven, brush the butter garlic mixture on the knots. Only use half the mixture as you will re-apply when they come out of the oven.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, till GBAD. brush again with butter mixture. Sprinkle with cheese
