- Preheat oven to 325*
- Combine the macaroons, seeds, and nuts. Stir to combine.
- In a small saucepan, combine butter and brown swerve. Let it boil for 3 or 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and all salt and vanilla. This will bubble like crazy!
- Pour sugar mixture over nuts mixture and stir till combined and all nuts are covered with sugar.
- Pour onto 2 parchment-lined sheet pans. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or till golden brown.
- Let cool.
