Method
- Spray an 8 x 8 square pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
- Place butter in a small pot over medium heat. Cook until the butter is melted and becomes a deep amber, 4 to 5 minutes. Remove and let cool.
- Preheat oven to 325F and grease an 8x8 inch square pan
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, Swerve, baking powder, macaroon shred, and larger macaroon chunks and salt. Stir in eggs, browned butter, and vanilla extract until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Press dough evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until just set and golden brown. Let cool and cut into squares.
