Method
- Form mount or rosettes of whipped cream on Silpat or parchment
- Freeze till solid. 2 hours or so.
- Plop on top of coffee (or right in your mouth for a sweet snack!)
- Once frozen keep in zip top bag in freezer. It only takes a tiny bit of time for them to melt so only take out what you're going to use and keep the rest frozen.
