Method
- Combine all ingredients and knead bread according to directions on the package. Let dough rest , covered, for 60 minutes.( My kitchen is cooler this time of year, so I give it more time.)
- Preheat oven to 375*
- After resting, Roll dough into a 12 X 12 or so rectangle. Divide dough into 12 or 24 equal portions. (We made 24 mini’s.) Let rise for 1 hour. Using your thumb or a tart tamper (say that 5 times fast!) Make an indent in the squares. Brush with egg wash. Place 1 teaspoon jelly in each divot. Bake on a parchment lined sheet, 15 to 20 minutes or till, you guessed it, GOLDEN BROWN AND DELICIOUS! AKA GBAD!
