Keto Traditional Kolache

This one is for the purists! A simple fruit Keto Traditional Kolache to start your day. Or end your day. They’re pretty good at lunchtime, too! You get the idea!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ketonia Bread Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbs butter (room temperature)
  • ½ cup Swerve
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbs instant yeast
  • ½ cup Good Good low carb jelly ((We used Apricot and Raspberry))
  • 1 egg mixed with 1 tbs water (egg wash)

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients and knead bread according to directions on the package. Let dough rest , covered, for 60 minutes.( My kitchen is cooler this time of year, so I give it more time.)
  2. Preheat oven to 375*
  3. After resting, Roll dough into a 12 X 12 or so rectangle. Divide dough into 12 or 24 equal portions. (We made 24 mini’s.) Let rise for 1 hour. Using your thumb or a tart tamper (say that 5 times fast!) Make an indent in the squares. Brush with egg wash. Place 1 teaspoon jelly in each divot. Bake on a parchment lined sheet, 15 to 20 minutes or till, you guessed it, GOLDEN BROWN AND DELICIOUS! AKA GBAD!
