  1. Preheat the oven to 300*
  2. In a largebowl,whiskyour egg white until frothy. Add in your swerve, salt, chili powder, cinnamon, and cayenne. Toss in your mixed nuts. (These can be 4 cups of any low carb nuts) Fold in the nuts with a plasticspatulauntil everything is evenly covered in spices. Spread nuts out on abaking sheetlined withparchment paper. Bake mixed nuts in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove thetrayfrom the oven and mix the nuts around. Return them back into the oven and bake for another 20 minutes. Once cooked, let cool for 30 minutes before storing in anairtight container.
