Ingredients
  

  • 4 Ketonia Honey Butter Biscuits
  • 4 chicken breast cutlets or thighs
  • 1 cup almond flour for dredging
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar-free honey substitute
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Mix almond flour, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Dredge chicken in the seasoned flour mixture.
  3. Fry chicken in oil over medium-high heat until cooked through and golden, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Mix honey and hot sauce together to make spicy honey glaze.
  5. Brush fried chicken with spicy honey glaze.
  6. Split biscuits and place chicken on bottom half. Top and serve immediately.
