- Mix almond flour, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dredge chicken in the seasoned flour mixture.
- Fry chicken in oil over medium-high heat until cooked through and golden, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Mix honey and hot sauce together to make spicy honey glaze.
- Brush fried chicken with spicy honey glaze.
- Split biscuits and place chicken on bottom half. Top and serve immediately.
