Method
- Divide into 6 equal portions and roll onto balls. Press to flatten into buns. Let rise for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Let cool before making sandwiches.
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a large saucepan. Stir till butter is melted and everything is mixed well. Add chicken and celery. Stir together and cook on low for a few minutes. You can serve this now, but if you refrigerate overnight , the flavors REALLY meld!
- Slice buns in half.
- Pile chicken on buns, sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and ranch if desired.
