Keto Raspberry Lemonade

Does anyone but me remember Eddie Murphy's Elvis bit? "Lemonade! That cool refreshing drink"? It's the first thing that comes to my mind when I think of Lemonade! Don't remember? Google it, Delirious 1983. Its brilliant! Know what else is brilliant? Adding raspberries to lemonade! Crazy good and absolutely soo good for you!   1. You'll need about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice. Probably 8 or so lemons, squeezed.
  2. Put raspberries in a bowl and sprinkle with 2 tbs of the sugar. Mash up a bit. Set aside.
  3. Combine water and remaining Swerve in a large pitcher. I used a hand blender to combine but stirring is fine too!
  4. Add Lemon and stir.
  5. Add macerated berries. Stir.
  6. Pour over ice and garnish with more berries and lemon slices!
  7. You could cheat and use bottles lemon juice but it seriously is not the same! Fresh is better!
