Method
- You'll need about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice. Probably 8 or so lemons, squeezed.
- Put raspberries in a bowl and sprinkle with 2 tbs of the sugar. Mash up a bit. Set aside.
- Combine water and remaining Swerve in a large pitcher. I used a hand blender to combine but stirring is fine too!
- Add Lemon and stir.
- Add macerated berries. Stir.
- Pour over ice and garnish with more berries and lemon slices!
- You could cheat and use bottles lemon juice but it seriously is not the same! Fresh is better!
