Keto Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese Sandwich

I think it's been established that grilled cheese is the epitome of sandwich heaven. So it may be gilding then Lilly to add loads of succulent pulled pork to the mix, but I say "Guild Away!" It is rich, filling and what dreams are made of!

  1. Butter 1 side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place 1 slice in pan, buttered side down. Put 2 slices of cheese, pork and 2 more slices of cheese. Top with other bread slice, butter on top.
  3. Turn heat to medium. Cook till bread is nicely browned and cheese is starting to melt. Flip to other side and cook till golden brown and cheese is melted.
  4. Serve!!
