Method
- Preheat oven to 400*
- Line sheet pan with foil to help with cleanup!
- Chop nuts.
- Combine mustard, allulose and tamari in a small bowl.
- Place salmon pieces on lined pan. Pour or brush mustard mixture on top.
- Sprinkle nuts on top of mixture and press in with your hand or a spatula.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes till cooked all the way through or 145*. Serve.
