Keto Pistachio Salmon

This recipe packs a lot of flavor into just a few ingredients. Really simple to make and great for weeknight dinners when you don't have time for a bunch of prep!!

  1. Preheat oven to 400*
  2. Line sheet pan with foil to help with cleanup!
  3. Chop nuts.
  4. Combine mustard, allulose and tamari in a small bowl.
  5. Place salmon pieces on lined pan. Pour or brush mustard mixture on top.
  6. Sprinkle nuts on top of mixture and press in with your hand or a spatula.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes till cooked all the way through or 145*. Serve.
  8. I TOLD you it was easy!!
