Keto Pepperoni Pizza

Pepperoni pizza is a classic dish loved by many people. It has both a great taste and texture. However, it is not normally low carb but with this recipe, you will be pleasantly surprised that it only has 1 net carb per slice. This Keto Pepperoni Pizza is simple and quick to make and it’s so delicious.

  1. Preheat oven to 400*
  2. Combine Ketonia mix, warm water, honey, instant yeast, and oil in a bowl fitted for a stand mixer. Mix with a paddle attachment on high for 5 minutes or until dough comes together completely. You can also knead by hand for 10-15 minutes. Shape into a ball and rest, covered for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll dough to desired thickness on parchment paper. For a thin crust pizza, divide dough in 2 and roll very thin on parchment paper.
  4. Smear tomato sauce on pizza dough and top with freshly shredded mozzarella and pepperonis. Sprinkle with italian herbs.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or till golden brown. Slice into 12 pieces.
