- In a bowl fit for astand mixercombine all ingredients except melted butter and mix for about 5 minutes with a paddle attachment. Add extra Ketonia mix 1 tbsp at a time if the dough is too sticky. Transfer dough to a clean bowl and cover with saran wrap. Let chill in the fridge for an hour and half. Dough will only rise slightly.
- Divide dough into 8 equal portions and roll out each ball to about 1/8th of an inch thick. It will thicken up a little when it's cooked. Heat a cast ironskillet(a heavy frying pan will work too) over high heat and lightly grease it with oil. Place the dough on the skillet, one at a time, and cook each side until browned, about 1 minute. Lower the heat to as low as it goes and cook it for 2 minutes again on each side. Repeat with the remaining dough. Brush the fresh naan with melted butter and serve under Keto Curry Cauliflower Rice and Keto Butter Chicken.
