Keto Monkey Bread

  1. Prepare bread mix according to directions, adding ½ cup swerve to dry ingredients.  Let dough rise for 30 minutes.
  2. Spray bundt pan with Pam.
  3. While the dough is rising, combine swerve, nuts, cinnamon, and extract.
  4. Cut cream cheese into 25 pieces.
  5. When the dough has finished the first rise, divide it into 25 roughly equal pieces.
  6. Making an indent with your thumb place 1 bit of cream cheese on dough and enclose with dough.
  7. Dip ball in butter, roll in sugar mixture and place in pan.
  8. Do remaining dough balls the same way.
  9. Pour any leftover melted butter and sugar over the top of dough balls.
  10. Preheat oven to 375*F
  11. Cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes.
  12. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  13. Invert on a plate and either serve immediately or let cool.
  14. Slice or pull off individual balls!
