Method
- Prepare bread mix according to directions, adding ½ cup swerve to dry ingredients. Let dough rise for 30 minutes.
- Spray bundt pan with Pam.
- While the dough is rising, combine swerve, nuts, cinnamon, and extract.
- Cut cream cheese into 25 pieces.
- When the dough has finished the first rise, divide it into 25 roughly equal pieces.
- Making an indent with your thumb place 1 bit of cream cheese on dough and enclose with dough.
- Dip ball in butter, roll in sugar mixture and place in pan.
- Do remaining dough balls the same way.
- Pour any leftover melted butter and sugar over the top of dough balls.
- Preheat oven to 375*F
- Cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Invert on a plate and either serve immediately or let cool.
- Slice or pull off individual balls!
