Keto M & M Cookies

So yes, this is gilding the lily, but... Why not? It's Christmas! They taste amazing! They look so pretty. (Although Lilly's needs to work on some Christmas colors!) Once they are in your mouth, no one's going to care about their colors! And did I mention double chocolate? Ya, chocolate chips AND M&M's! Winner!

  1. Preheat oven to 325*
  2. Pour Lily's candies in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Whisk baking mix, baking soda and salt together in a small bowl. Set aside.
  4. Using the paddle attachment of Kitchen Aid, cream butter and both Swerves sweeteners till fluffy.
  5. Add room temperature egg and vanilla. Mix till combined.
  6. Add baking mix and mix till fully combined.
  7. Add Lilys chocolate chips and mix till evenly distributed.
  8. Using a scoop, drop cookie dough on parchment lined baking sheet.
  9. Press each ball in bow of candies to adhere candies.
  10. With the bottom of a drinking glass, flatten cookies slightly
  11. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes turning pan (s) halfway through. Cool.
