This was always one of John’s favorites! Make sure to slice your apple nice and thin to get the flavor, not the carbs.

  1. Slice prepared Ketonia bagel in half, horizontally.
  2. Toast bagel in toaster until golden brown.
  3. Smear cream cheese on both halves of the bagel.
  4. Top cream cheese with lox and thinly sliced apples.
  5. Sprinkle on capers and minced red onion for extra flavor.
