Method
- Cut whole chicken into pieces. Or get a pre cut chicken. Place in large bowl or large zip top bag.
- Grind any spices that ar whole or buy pre ground spices. Don't try to put whole spices in Bullet.
- Place all ingredients except for chicken in Bullet blender and blend till smooth.
- Pour marinate on chicken and massage into chicken. Cover bow with plastic and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat smoker to 225 or so.
- Place chicken pieces on grill rack. Smoke for 4 to 5 hours or till 165* internally. I flipped my chicken at 2 hours and checked the temp. It took 4 hours total. Check every once in a while after 2 hours to make sure it doesn't overcook.
- Let rest for 10 minutes and serve!
