  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. In a mediumbowl, add almond flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, sweetener, xanthan gum and caraway and whisk until well combined. Using apastry cuttercut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  3. Using a small bowl combine milk and egg with awhisk. Make a well in the center of dry mixture; pour the wet mixture in and mix together with a rubberspatulatill just combined. Using your hands, form a disk-shaped loaf. If the dough sticks to your hands, dampen them slightly with water.
  4. Place loaf in acast iron panthat has been lightly greased. Or use a cake pan/cookiesheetwith parchment.
  5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, till aknifeinserted comes out clean. Let cool. Slice into 8 pieces and serve with butter (Kerri Gold is the bomb!)
