- In a smallsaucepancombine brown swerve, allulose, and stick of cinnamon. Heat on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is foamy. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
- Brew two small cups of coffee with your espresso pods. Or make 4 shots of espresso from an espresso machine. Combine coffee and sugar syrup in a jigger and shake until well combined. Add a little ice and shake again. Fill your glasses with ice and pour the coffee over the ice. Top with 2 tbsp of heavy cream or however you like your coffee. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.
- If you are only making one cup of coffee you can save the rest of the sweetened coffee in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
