Keto Hurricane

The quintessential Mardi Gras drink, made famous by Pat O'Brien's in New Orleans was originally created because Bourbon and Scotch were in short supply water WWII. Rum was, however, plentiful! The ingenious bartenders at Pat O'Briens used a bit of mixology magic, served it in a hurricane glass and a legend was born!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz rum (white)
  • 2 oz rum (dark)
  • 1 oz key lime juice
  • ½ tsp mio fruit punch
  • ¼ tsp Crystal light mango passion fruit
  • 1 tbs Allulose (liquid)
  • 3-4 dashes bitters
  • 5-6 oz water

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail shaker

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake till well blended.
  3. Strain into glass filled with fresh ice and enjoy!
