Method
- Combine ground meat with garlic powder, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form into an oblong loaf shape and place in a loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 55 minutes until cooked through.
- Let rest 10 minutes then slice thinly.
- Serve sliced meat in Ketonia pita with tzatziki, tomato, onion, and lettuce.
