Keto Grilled Cheese Roll-Ups

I'm pretty sure everybody loves grilled cheese! It's a child hood favorite that accompany's you into adulthood. What's better for dinner after a crappy day at work than this blast-from-your-past comfort food? We decide tomroll them up so they'd look cute. Also so you wouldn't feel bad eating 6 of them! LOL.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices American Cheese
  • 6 slices Ketonia Baking Mix Bread
  • 3-4 tbs Butter

Method
 

  1. Cut crust off 6 slices of Ketonia Bread.
  2. Using a rolling pin, roll out each slice till very thin.
  3. Place 1 slice of American cheese on each bread slice.
  4. Tightly roll each one into a cylinder.
  5. Melt 3 tbs butter in frying pan.
  6. Place each cylinder seam side down in pan. Cook on all sides till brown and crispy and gooey.
  7. You really should share these.
  8. But I get it if you don't!
