Keto Garlic Bread Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag Ketonia Bread Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbs Butter (Softened)
  • 1 tbs Instant Yeast
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 tbs Butter (Softened)
  • 2 Tsp Garlic salt
  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella (Shredded)
  • 2 tbs Parmesan Cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400*
  2. In bowl of Kitchen Aid, combine Bread mix, butter, yeast, honey and water. Knead with dough hook or paddle about 5 minutes.
  3. Form dough into a ball and let rise for 1 hour or till doubled
  4. Flatten risen dough into a rectangle with your hands. Roll dough into a torpedo shape and roll ends to be slightly thinner than center of bread. Cover with Plastic and let rise 1 hour or till doubled in size
  5. Score bread 3 or 4 times with a sharp knife.
  6. Immediately put in oven. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, till golden brown and internal temperature is 200*
  7. Cool bread for an hour.
  8. Slice bread horizontally.
  9. Smear each half with butter, sprinkle with garlic salt and broil for a few minutes, until nicely browned.
  10. Spoon sauce over each bread half, then sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Return to broiler to melt cheese, a few minutes. Watch it carefully! There's nothing sadder than burnt pizza!
  12. Sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese and Mangiare!
