Ingredients
Method
- Use 8 of the 15 slices of Ketonia Bread.
- Cut the crusts off all the slices.
- Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice completely.
- Using a spatula, mix together the 6 oz softened butter, the 2 tbs. brown Swerve and the tbs of cinnamon until smooth.
- Spread on each slice equally.
- Roll up cinnamon roll style.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the 2 eggs, 1/4 cup cream and vanilla.
- In another small bowl, whisk together the 3 tbs granulated swerve and cinnamon. Reserve.
- In a third bowl, combine 2 tbs butter, 1 oz cream cheese and 2 tbs of confectioners swerve. Reserve.
- Add 1 tbs butter to skillet over medium high heat.
- Dip each cinnamon roll into the egg mixture and place in skillet. Cook on all sides till golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- Dredge each roll in cinnamon sugar mixture and drizzle with cream cheese frosting. If the frosting is too thick you may microwave for 5-10 seconds to thin it out.
- Breakfast is served!!!
