Keto French 75

A classic Mardi Gras cocktail, this baby is named after the 75 millimeter field gun used by the French in World War 1. But a French 75 is far more congenial than it's machine gun namesake! Made with gin and champagne, a little lemon and some sweetener, its perfect for Mardi Gras. Or even for Sunday Brunch!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz gin
  • ½ oz lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1 tbs Allulose syrup
  • 3 oz Sparkling wine (like Prosecco or champagne)

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail shaker

Method
 

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice and allulose to a shaker with ice and shake till chilled.
  2. Strain into champagne glass
  3. Top with Sparkling wine.
  4. Garnish with lemon if desired.
